Bruce Poliquin  bpoliquin@crrh.ca

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) majoring in History, a Bachelor of Education (B. Ped.) a License in Educational and Vocational Psychology (L.Or.), a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and the scolarity of the Doctorate in Educational Administration (Ph.D). He is currently completing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at California Coast University in Los Angeles.

Mr. Poliquin has worked as a professor of Economics and Industrial Psychology at the college level before taking a management position in a college in the Quebec region where he spent twenty-five (25) years. In addition,he has been a trainer and consultant in Canada for the National School of Public Administration (ENAP) and Internationally in collaboration with the ACCC and CIDA. Currently, he is a consultant at the Treasury Board in relation to  Pay Equity. Also, Mr. Poliquin has acted as a negotiator in labor relations for the renewal of the national Collective Agreements for teachers at the college level representing the Department of Education.

Denis Patterson  dpatterson@crrh.ca

 He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) majoring in Industrial Relations and a Certificate in Health and Safety. In addition, he holds a Certificate in Business Administration and a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Business Administration majoring in Finance . Currently, he is completing the Master of Industrial Relations (M.A.)

Mr. Patterson has worked for several years in the private sector before starting his career in the college system in Quebec. He gained administrative experience of more than fifteen (15) years in this environment as well as having acted as trainer and consultant. In collaboration with the  CRRH team, he has produced several research articles and has served as a spokesperson in collective bargaining for early childhood centers.

Andre Belanger abélanger@crrh.ca

He holds an Masters in Finance (M.Sc.). He has over 30 years of management experience as an executive in the  Health and Social Services network, as a director of Finance  in a University Hospital and as a General Manager in a Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Belanger has played a major role in the process of merging two hospitals in the Beauce region of Quebec as the Vice-President and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He participated in the creation of the Institute of Biomaterials Quebec Inc. and became the CEO. In addition, he has served on several boards of institutions of the health system.
